These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EM Logbook Pro website and services (the "Service"), operated by EM Log Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
EM Logbook Pro is a clinical case and procedure logging tool designed for Emergency Medicine residents and seniors. It allows rapid entry of clinical encounters, senior review and approval workflows, and portfolio export.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
All content, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by EM Log Pro or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We strive to keep the Service available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EM Log Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EM Log Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
