This Privacy Notice is provided by EM Log Pro ("we", "us", or "our"), the data controller for the personal data collected through the EM Logbook Pro Service. The Service is operated by Mohammed Talaat on behalf of EM Log Pro.

• Clinical log data: procedure and case details you enter (patient names are never collected)
